Therapy is a private and personal endeavor.  The process is done at your pace and with your goals in mind.  Comfort and honesty are first and foremost in our setting and we hope to provide you with a place you feel you can finally feel safe enough to tackle life's challenging hurdles.  

We provide kind, patient, and straight forward therapy.  If something is not working or you feel uncomfortable we want you to be able to communicate that.  This process is for you and only you.  We hope to make this experience as meaningful as possible.
